Convertible apartment 70m2

The 70m2  apartment is located at Pangrati neighborhood in central Athens. The purpose of the refurbishment is to convert it to a short-term rental space and design an attractive environment according to current living terms.The only restriction was the structural parts of the building.

Our main concept is to create a new layout, free from the restriction of the internal separations, as well as offer the necessary facilities to cover the needs of any resident.

The apartment consists of an open plan space with the common uses of living room, dining room and kitchen, the master bedroom with bathroom and the wc.

A special feature of the apartment is the folding panels at the dining room area, giving the possibility for an extra bedroom if needed.

The materials used are natural wood, wooden framed polycarbonate panels and polished concrete floors, giving a cohesive, overall minimal look.
